Using Vizag Writers
Vizag Writers is a community platform for discovering and registering for writing-community events. By registering for an event or creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to use the platform for its intended purpose.
Event Registration & Cancellation
Registering for an event reserves you a spot, subject to the event's capacity. Registration status may be Pending, Confirmed, or Cancelled depending on payment and organizer review. If an event is cancelled by the organizer, any payment made will be refunded according to the Payments section below.
Payments
Paid events are processed either through Razorpay (card, UPI, netbanking) at the time of registration, or through a manual UPI transfer that our team verifies before your registration is confirmed — in that case your ticket and QR code are issued once verification is complete, typically within 24 hours. Refunds for cancelled events are issued to the original payment method.
Accounts & Roles
Accounts are accessed via a passwordless, email-based sign-in link — there is no password to keep secure, but you are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure. Some accounts are granted Staff or Admin roles for event check-in and platform management; these roles carry additional access and responsibility and are granted only by an existing administrator.
